How to Add Key Results & Sub-Objectives?

2.1 Adding Sub-Objective

In step two, you can add Key Result or Sub-Objective to your Objective. You can break this objective to sub-objectives and assign different teams such as marketing, sales, product etc.
To add Sub-Objective, enter the name and select one of existing Objectives or create new one.
Weight the sub-objectives you add more than one. The progress of the Parent Objective is calculated according to the progress of the Sub-Objectives. If you do not enter weights in your Sub-Objectives, your Objective progress will not be calculated by the system. If you entered only one Sub-Objective, the weight must be 100%.
Based on Sub-Objectives weight, the progress of the main Objective will be calculated automatically

2.2. Adding Key Results

In step two, you can add measurable Key Results
Enter Key Result name, description and metrics
Weight the Key Results you add more than one. The progress of the Objective is calculated according to the progress of the Key Results. If you do not enter weights in your Key Results, your Objective progress will not be calculated by the system. If you entered one Key Result, the weight must be 100%.
You can add person(s) to the key result. You can add as many Key Result as you want to your objective from the "+ Add Key Result" button.
Your key result can also be the descending metric. For example, reduce churn rate %20 to %10.
In the Key Result creating area, you can delete the Key Result you previously created.
After adding Objective, Sub-objective and Key Results, you can view of the whole hierarchy from macro scale.
