Creating OKRs

Creating an Objective: ConectoHub has 2 type of Objectives:     

  Company Objectives       

  Team Objectives

• To create an objective, click the “New Objective” button
• If it is a company objective, choose company objective or you can create a team objective by choosing one of the teams in your company.
• Enter an objective name and description.
• You can select a background color for this Objective. By this way, you can specify different Objective types such as Mission, Vision, Annual OKR, Personal OKR etc.
• You can select period monthly, quarterly or annually for your Objective.
• You can assign user/users or teams to the Objective.
